A few days ago, we gathered together in Barcelona, including our Sales executives from the UK and Denmark, to see and discuss our Culture and Values presentation.

Our values, such as Diversity through Respect, Positive Impact at Scale, Growth through Ambition, are the principles that guide us to create a respectful, positive, healthy, and comfortable work environment.

These principles, which are built together with everyone at Unblur, are the base of our People’s department. It helps us create our people’s strategy, policies, educational programs, benefits and perks etc.
